Student Union Munich
In Bavarian there is no constituted student body (Verfasste Studierendenschaft). This is the reason why the student union (Studentenwerk) is in charge of the semester transport pass (Semesterticket). For years now, the student union has been supporting the student representations in neogations with the MVV, mobility companies and political institutions.

Kreisjugendring-Munich-City
The Kreisjugendring-Munich-City (KJR) is an organisation that represents i.a. the interests of many children, teenagers and young adults in Munich. The KJR has been supporting the efforts of the student representations to introduce and maintain the semester transport pass in Munich.
